Refund Policy

• At Master Bazar, our commitment to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction is unwavering. In our pursuit of delivering top-notch quality and an exceptional client experience, we have implemented a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy.
• Our project management approach involves meticulous planning, breaking down tasks into milestones. Every project kicks off with a thorough discovery and analysis phase, resulting in the creation of a comprehensive scope of work document. This ensures a shared understanding of the project's requirements, minimizing the likelihood of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
• Since time and effort are invested in achieving each milestone and completing every module, refunds will not be possible for work already accomplished. In the event of a mutual termination of a project, the client retains control of all completed work, and any payment for further development becomes null and void, with no refund for previous payments or deposits.
• Once the client approves mock-up designs and we transition into the development phase, no payment will be refunded. Partial refunds during the midpoint of a milestone phase are not applicable.
• Special occasion offerings by our marketing team, with limited-time promotions, are non-cancellable. Additionally, digital marketing packages are non-refundable, although clients can cancel with a written notice 30 days in advance.
• Refunds are not offered on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 days. At Master Bazar, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and transparent policies to ensure a positive collaboration with our valued clients.
